Opening an agency where the client truly came first was my biggest priority.  Now when someone needs a quote or has questions, I can get the coverage they need through multiple companies at once, comparing each option side by side to find the best price. Meet the Owner

                                                    Ohio Insurance Marketplace Solutions was established in fall of 2021. OIM Solutions eliminates the                                                        corporate sales quota, pushy, company first “agent” out of the shopping experience that most other                                                          insurance companies demand from their employees.

 

                                                     Owner, Joe Manofsky, began his insurance career back in 2017 as a sales agent with the Good Sam                                                       Insurance Agency’s corporate office in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. In 2018, out of the 300 plus                                                                 active licensed agents within the company, Mr. Manofsky received the Sales Agent of the Year award                                                       from Good Sam’s largest partner carrier National General Insurance.

In 2019, Mr. Manofsky took a Senior Sales Agent role with an auto insurance brokerage in Solon, Ohio. Less than a year into this new role, he was promoted into the Agency Supervisor position. Unfortunately, the position came with a high-pressure, company first leadership style that eventually lead to concerns with insurance ethics and customer experience. Understanding that there is a need across the insurance industry of a true client first shopping solution, ultimately lead to him open Ohio Insurance Marketplace Solutions in 2021.
